24cm Copper Frying Pan
Our 24cm copper frying pan is the ideal size for browning chops, frying tomatoes, or perhaps searing a generous piece of tuna, and the patented bimetal construction distributes heat evenly while preventing chemical interactions with food. Turn up the heat with confidence!
- Superior conductivity for even heat distribution
- Non–reactive stainless interior for pure food flavour
- 2.5mm patented Falk bimetal construction
- Satinated surfaces for ease of care
The even heat distribution and easy care surfaces of Falk Culinair's bimetal construction are embodied in this 24cm frying pan. Pan–frying food takes special care, as the temperature of the oil used must be kept at a consistent high temperature while also making sure the exterior of the food browns without burning. That's where these pans are genius, as the solid copper conducts and maintains heat brilliantly. As copper's heat conductivity is so excellent, you'll find a lower temperature is required to achieve the proper results.

“The only frying pan you will ever need!”
- Mr McInnes
I would recommend this product to a friend!
Exceptional quality, this pan will last a lifetime. After years of using non stick, where after a few uses the coating starts to come off (even using wooden utensils) I can honestly say this is the easiest pan to use and clean!
